Please note that due to shipping conditions changes after Brexit, deliveries to Great Britain & Ireland can be delayed, which may take up to 14 days. As the courier companies don’t accept packages to UK at the moment, it is only possible to send your delivery by Austrian post and all packages are subject to border customs (except N. Ireland) with the value declared of 39 GBP or below to avoid any import duty. We are monitoring the situation constantly and will be updating the info here.
Catfrog Health will aim to process all orders placed before 12:00 pm Monday- Friday. These will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm shall be processed and posted the next working day.
Local pick up option (free) : You can collect your item personally free of charge from: Rote Kreuz Gasse 6, Chorherrn after arranging the pick up time. Alternatively, please let us know if y0u live in the Tulln area and we will organise to deliver to you free of charge as well. 🙂

This will be also noted on your shipping confirmation email sent to you.

Complaints & Returns Policy
Complaints policy
If you are not happy with the product and would like to submit a complaint, please notify us by email within 72 hours at shop@catfrog.eu. We will consider your complaint as soon as we can and within maximum of 14 days. When the complaint is valid you will be eligible either for the full or partial refund (depending on the product usage) or for the exchange of the questioned product for a different product. In case of the refund or exchange we will ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost. Full or partial refunds are given within 14 days of our submitted official answer to your complaint (minus original shipping costs).
Returns policy
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of the purchase date , subject to the goods being unopened, unused and all seals being intact. Only then will fully refund less any shipping costs will be given. Catfrog Health must be notified within 72 hr of your intention to cancel and return your purchase and the order number should be quoted by email at shop@catfrog.eu
ANY errors or damage during Shipping of the Product MUST be notified to us, via email, within 72 hours of the delivery date and submitted with the supporting pictures showing the damage. Failure to do so will negate our liability in the matter.
